Isalos began in Kamares, the picturesque harbour of Sifnos, as an all-day seaside bar and restaurant. Locals and visitors came for the easy atmosphere by the water, coffee and cooler plates through the day, and the sand-level sunsets that made the first chapter famous.
Continuing that path, Isalos moved to Apollonia, the capital of Sifnos, and found its new home on the island’s best-known lane, the Steno. It brought the same energy and kitchen standard into the centre of island life, and is now part of Apollonia’s evening dining and cocktail scene.

Isalos Restaurant Bar is on the Steno in Apollonia, the island capital — the main pedestrian lane at 36°58'27.1"N 24°43'25.5"E. It is no longer the seaside Kamares room from the first chapter.
Yes. The first Isalos was an all-day bar and restaurant beside the wave in Kamares harbour. The Apollonia Steno address is the current chapter of the same name and kitchen energy.
Both. The room is built for Mediterranean plates — pasta, meat, meze — and for a full cocktail list that runs from signature rum drinks to spritzes as the Steno fills in the evening.
