2.1. No Direct Consumer Bookings

The Platform operates as a travel search, comparison, and AI-generated content engine. We do not function as a travel agency or direct merchant for consumer travel services.

• Bookings & Payments: No bookings, reservations, or payments for hotels, ferries, flights, or car rentals take place directly on our websites. We do not accept any payments in our platform from users.
• Redirects & APIs: All travel inquiries are processed via affiliate/external links to our third-party partners or through API integrations that facilitate the transaction on the partner’s external system.
• Contractual Relationship: When you make a booking, your contract is strictly with the third-party provider, not with Touristas AI Technologies.

2.2. Business Payments (B2B)

The only payments processed directly by Touristas AI Technologies are strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) purposes, such as promotional campaigns, advertising subscriptions, or business listing enhancements. We charge only for advertising under Touristas AI Technologies company, by providing invoices from the Greek government legally.

3.1. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, availability, or performance of:

• Hotels, Ferries, Flights, or Car Rental agencies.
• Any third-party content or service providers linked through our Platform.

3.2. Data Accuracy

• Real-Time Data: All pricing, availability, and scheduling information is fetched via APIs in real-time or updated frequently to check for changes.
• No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices or availability displayed on our Platform will match the final checkout price on the partner’s website due to the dynamic nature of travel pricing. We are not liable for any discrepancies or wrong content provided by third-party APIs.

All content is generated through our copywriters and LLM models. Touristas AI is well trained in our dedicated servers to provide accurate and high-quality information.

• Dynamic Content: Content is not static. Due to the generative nature of our AI, descriptions, suggestions, and layouts may vary between visits.
• Caching: While we utilize caching services to optimize performance, content is refreshed frequently to reflect new data.

4.2. Image Sources

Images displayed on the Platform are sourced from:

• Our own Gallery
• Official Partners
• AI Generators
• Google
• LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

5.1. Ownership

All code and products are under 'Touristas AI Technologies' company, based in Sifnos. All underlying technology, source code, databases, and visual interfaces are the exclusive property of Touristas AI Technologies.

5.2. Patents & Trademarks

• Patents: The AI algorithms and systems powering this Platform are patented and protected under international patent laws.
• Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Touristas AI Technologies.
• Updates: Our algorithms are updated frequently to maximize efficiency and user experience.

6.1. No Copying

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, scraping, reverse engineering, or distributing any data, logic, AI-generated text, or code from our website without prior written consent.

6.2. Automated Enforcement

To protect our proprietary data and algorithms:

• Detection: We automatically track any legal and copy changes on our website through our LLMs systems.
• Enforcement: Our systems automatically detect unauthorized scraping, data mining, or content theft.
• Notice: Violators will automatically receive a cease-and-desist notice, and we reserve the right to pursue further legal action.
