01Local notes
Paros restaurants: tavernas, seafood, and farm-to-table.
Paros has quietly become one of the best food islands in the Cyclades. In Naoussa, Mario and Sousouro serve creative Mediterranean dishes with local ingredients. For traditional taverna cooking, head to Levantis in Parikia or Siparos in Prodromos, a farmhouse restaurant surrounded by vineyards. The Naoussa fishing harbour is lined with fresh-catch seafood at honest prices.
