Terms of Use for Businesses.

The exclusive purpose of the Platform is the visibility and highlighting of businesses on an international level, through modern technologies, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.

The Company does not operate as a booking intermediary, travel agency, or tourism service provider for the end user.

Collaboration is provided in the form of a subscription or advertising package.

Services cease automatically upon expiration unless renewed.

The provided services are determined exclusively by the package chosen by the Partner.

We offer various subscription packages for Touristas AI usage.

• Basic Visibility
• Premium AI Features

Each package includes specific visibility services, functionalities, and content management capabilities.

The Partner may manage their business profile through our requested methods.

The Partner bears exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and timeliness of the information they provide.

Partners' information updates may be processed through our AI services.

The Company does not impose:

• commissions on consumer bookings,
• commissions on referrals,
• hidden charges.

We charge only for advertising and visibility services under Touristas Technologies. Package prices are set according to our pricing methodology (Section 12) and reflect the scope of deliverables selected, not a generic discount menu.

Based in Greece, Touristas Technologies, and regular invoicing across EU and GR.

All payments will be accompanied by legal documents (invoices) in accordance with the current Greek tax legislation and EU VAT rules.

The Company bears no responsibility for:

• loss of bookings or revenue,
• technical problems of third-party providers,
• incorrect or misleading information provided by the Partner.

The Platform is provided "as is."

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes come into effect from their publication on the Platform.

The present terms are governed by Greek law.

The Courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of any dispute.

The use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Partner package prices are set based on real market data, not as a fixed commodity catalog. We analyse user search intent, keyword research, search volumes, keyword difficulty, seasonal demand, and competitor presence in each vertical and island.

Prices reflect the commercial value of placement in high-intent travel funnels (island hubs, category pages, village guides, AI citations) and the operational work required to deliver and maintain that visibility.

The digital landscape changes constantly. We align our services with Google algorithm updates, AI search expansion, LLM citation guidelines, and new technologies as they emerge.

Our team works daily to improve partner visibility across Google search, AI assistants (including Touristas AI), newsletters, editorial content, and on-platform placements. Deliverables may evolve as platforms and best practices change, while maintaining the spirit and scope of your selected package.

What is included depends on the package you select. Not every tier includes every channel. Typical deliverables may include, where specified in your package:

• SEO-optimized profile or landing pages on Discover Cyclades
• Touristas AI visibility and recommendations
• Newsletter features and editorial placements
• Guest posts and backlinks on external websites
• Google Ads credits or managed Google Ads appearance
• Meta Ads credits or managed Meta Ads appearance
• Homepage, category, or island hub featured placement
• Social media promotion and sponsored articles

Exact inclusions are listed on the partner page and confirmed in your invoice or partnership agreement. Add-ons (banners, website builds, SEO content) are billed separately unless bundled.

We do not guarantee top rankings, specific traffic volumes, lead counts, booking numbers, or return on investment for any partner package.

• Your pricing competitiveness, reviews, photos, and brand reputation affect conversion
• Seasonality, market conditions, and third-party platform changes are outside our control
• We provide visibility tools, placement, and promotion; outcomes vary by partner and market

The Platform and partner services are provided on a best-effort basis to maximize your exposure across search, AI, and our travel guides.

All partner advertising fees, annual packages, add-ons, and prepaid credits are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for unused time, change of mind, or partial periods.
