Touristas AI Technologies
This contract defines the terms and conditions under which Touristas AI Technologies (hereinafter "the Company") provides digital visibility and business promotion services through its platforms (Discovercyclades, Touristas AI, etc.).
By registering and/or using the Platform services, each business (hereinafter "the Partner") declares that it has been made aware, fully understands, and unreservedly accepts these terms.
The exclusive purpose of the Platform is the visibility and highlighting of businesses on an international level, through modern technologies, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
The Company does not operate as a booking intermediary, travel agency, or tourism service provider for the end user.
Collaboration is provided in the form of a subscription or advertising package.
Services cease automatically upon expiration unless renewed.
The provided services are determined exclusively by the package chosen by the Partner.
We offer various subscription packages for Touristas AI usage.
Each package includes specific visibility services, functionalities, and content management capabilities.
The Partner may manage their business profile through our requested methods.
The Partner bears exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and timeliness of the information they provide.
Partners' information updates may be processed through our AI services.
The Company does not impose:
We charge only for advertising under Touristas AI Technologies company. In the future, we will have subscriptions accordingly for Touristas AI usage.
Based in Greece, Touristas AI Technologies, and regular invoicing across EU and GR.
All payments will be accompanied by legal documents (invoices) in accordance with the current Greek tax legislation and EU VAT rules.
The Company bears no responsibility for:
The Platform is provided "as is."
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes come into effect from their publication on the Platform.
The present terms are governed by Greek law.
The Courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of any dispute.
The use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.
