DiscoverCyclades.gr Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized and operated by Touristas Technologies, for the website DiscoverCyclades.gr.

2. Giveaway Overview

To celebrate the official launch of the new DiscoverCyclades.gr platform and Touristas.AI before our global expansion, we are offering this unique opportunity to our first users.

Participants who complete a valid booking through DiscoverCyclades.gr or its partners will have the opportunity to win a Cyclades Dream Vacation Package.

The prize includes:

• 5-night hotel accommodation
• Round-trip ferry tickets
• Vehicle rental (car or scooter, based on winner preference)

The winner may select any island within the Cyclades (24 available destinations).

3. Participation Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Complete at least one booking within the following categories:
  • Hotel reservation
  • Ferry ticket booking
  • Car or scooter rental via partner services
• Submit the official participation form including:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Booking Category
  • Booking Reference Number
  • Selected Island
  • Source of discovery (how they found DiscoverCyclades.gr)
• All entries must be submitted within 2 months from the official launch date (May 1st, 2026). The giveaway concludes on July 1st, 2026.

4. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Only valid and verified bookings are eligible.
• Employees, partners, or affiliates of Touristas Technologies may be excluded from participation.

5. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected.
• The winner will be announced via a live draw hosted on DiscoverCyclades.gr.
• The draw will take place after the participation period ends (exact date to be announced on the website).

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is valid for Summer 2026 or Summer 2027 travel periods, as selected by the winner during entry.
• Exclusion Period: The complimentary vacation explicitly excludes the peak summer period from July 15th to August 31st. Winners can select any other dates within the operational season of their chosen destination.
• The winner may travel with one (1) additional person.
• Travel dates and island selection will be arranged jointly between the winner and Touristas Technologies, based on availability.

The prize includes ONLY:

• Accommodation (5 nights)
• Ferry transportation (round-trip)
• Vehicle rental (car or scooter)

The prize does NOT include:

• Food, drinks, or daily expenses
• Restaurant visits
• Activities, tours, or excursions
• Any additional personal expenses

7. Prize Limitations

• The prize is non-transferable.
• The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary alternative.
• Touristas Technologies reserves the right to substitute parts of the prize with equivalent alternatives if necessary.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Participation data will be used strictly for giveaway validation purposes only.
• No personal data will be stored, shared, or used for marketing purposes.
• All submitted information will be deleted after the completion of the giveaway process.

9. Liability

Touristas Technologies is not responsible for:

• Cancellations, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers (hotels, ferry companies, rental services)
• Force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, natural events, etc.)

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the giveaway, users confirm that they:

• Accept these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to comply with all rules stated above

11. Modifications

Touristas Technologies reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary
• Update the Terms & Conditions at any time for legal or operational reasons
