I contacted the team beforehand to let them know I will be proposing to my partner during the sunset cruise and they made the experience truly memorable. The two chaps on board (can't remember their names) were very polite, knowledgeable about the various areas and knew when to give us privacy. The different spots we stopped at to swim were quiet and private. At sunset they turned the boat around to face the sunset which is where I popped the question. This is a trip we won't forget. We had the most amazing experience! The Oceanis 46.1 was perfect, Nicholas and Spiros were super friendly and the food was super delicious. We loved relaxing around the boat, snorkeling and swimming. We loved the experience so much we ended up booking another outing with them to Ios a couple days later. Unforgettable experience, A+++!

Voucher
Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
Passport or Id
Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.

- What happens in case of bad weather?
- If the tour or cruise is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be refunded the entire amount you paid unless you wish to change the date of your booking with no extra cost.
- I am staying on an Airbnb. Am I entitled to pick-up service?
- Catamaran cruises offering pickup/drop-off services can collect you from anywhere in Santorini (or the nearest accessible road). Please provide your Airbnb details on the checkout page.
- My hotel is not accessible by car. What is the pickup location?
- Don’t worry! The tour operator’s vehicle will come to the nearest possible spot to pick you up. After booking, you will receive a voucher via email which contains a map with the pickup location.
