Caldera Yachting team was so kind that they solved all of our questions with detailed answes with more information than we asked. The original tour was canceled due to bad weather but they rescheduled it with our preferable time. It was a little hard to reschedule all the other bookings but it was worth it! Communication with them was quick and smooth all the time. We were about to be late for pick up time but they flexibly modified it and helped us join the tour. Staff on board was very friendly and cared about all the participants. They truely contributed to warm and joyful atomosphere throughout the sailing. Thank you very much for womderful experience in one of the most beautiful islands in the world!!

Beatiful catamaran. Great friendly crew. Lunch was Delicious as well as the white wine. Beautiful views of the water and island. Most importantly reputable honest company. I booked and paid on line. While on board I was charged again, they stated what I paid on line was just a hold for our reservation. Got call from Santorini View that I was billed twice in error. They credited my card and sent me pic of refund that was submitted. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Voucher
Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
Passport or Id
Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.

In addition, the waves are usually small, especially inside the Caldera where most boat cruises make stops for swimming.
