The Panigiria (festivals) here are incredibly authentic. The celebration of the Assumption (August 15th) and other local saints days are community affairs, not tourist spectacles.
The Sunset
The Manalis Winery offers a sunset view that rivals Santorini’s but without the crowds. Enjoying a glass of local wine here in June or September is a highlight of the Cyclades.
