The successful production of the wines continues up to these days, as it is enhanced by the Mediterranean climate of the island. The warm temperatures, and the high humidity, helps in the cultivation of the wines and their growth, with the most famously known ones being Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani.

Our wine adventure starts at around 17:00-17:30 (depending on the time of the sunset), after convenient pick-up from your hotel , and weaves our visitors into 2 award-winning Santorini wineries ! Meet the rich flavor of the wines through the wine-tasting of different labels of wine, and try small local bites and cheeses paired with them. A native insider and wine expert will accompany you, revealing the history behind the famous Santorini wines, as well as the process of wine cultivation and wine-making that is followed from ancient times until these days.
Last but not least, the magical sunset of Santorini ! As the day comes to an end and you are enjoying a glass of the finest local wine at one of the wineries’ outside terraces, the stunning colors of the sunset will provide the perfect background!
Important note: Winery visits are subject to their availability. We choose among the following wineries: Hatzidakis Winery, Estate Argyros, Gavalas winery, Boutari winery, Venetsanos winery, Avantis-Anhydrous winery, and Domaine Sigalas.

Cancellation
If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the tour, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
