Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the starting time of the activity, there is no cancellation fee. For cancelations less than 24 hours before the starting time of the activity, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the tour, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
