I booked a private yacht cruise a few weeks before our trip. Lucky for us we got the most nicest, sweetest team with Cassatina and John! They sent us a two way driver who picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off to Oia when the cruise was over. Cassatina was amazing each stop she informed us about the history of being there, she took as many pictures of us as we wanted, cooked amazing food, she was so friendly so kind to talk to and get to know, same with John! My fiancé and him got on super well! He was so cool he drove the boat we got to know him, and he cooked great kebobs! They were so fun & also gave us our own time to relax with blankets and enjoy our time, we got to play our own music. We seriously were so happy we got them i would request them over & over again when we do go back!

We were a family of four, including two children (ages 7 and 9), and we enjoyed every minute of our 4-hour day tour. The logistics were flawless: the transportation from our hotel was timely, and the entire process was efficient. Our crew, George and Philip, were truly exceptional. They immediately made us feel welcomed and perfectly cared for throughout the entire trip. We even asked to make a couple of adjustments to the planned cruise itinerary, and Philip and George swiftly and efficiently figured out how to make our asks a reality, demonstrating fantastic service. The yacht itself was in great condition—clean, tidy, and very comfortable. A highlight was the meal: the lunch cooked by the crew was delicious and fresh; even our kids, who can sometimes be picky, were asking for second helpings. Overall, this cruise provided fantastic value and unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this experience with the Santorini Yachting Club.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

- Is the sea in Santorini safe to swim in?
- Absolutely! Greece is one of the safest countries to swim in. You will be glad to know that sharks in the Aegean Sea ( usually from species such as dogfish) are harmless, sightings are extremely rare while attacks are unheard of! In addition, the waves are usually small, especially inside the Caldera where most boat cruises make stops for swimming. So, based on the above, if you enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or even diving... you are in the right place!
- Is a yacht cruise suitable for children?
- Yes, if your children are acquainted with the sea, they will love the boat ride. In addition, there is snorkeling equipment available on board. Don’t forget to take sunscreen, a hat and a light jacket with you.
