About this experience
A perfect choice for cruise ship passengers and travelers staying in Fira, offering a seamless and memorable way to discover Santorini’s most iconic sights from the sea.
This semi-private catamaran cruise is ideal for couples, friends, and families, particularly those arriving by cruise ship , as it departs directly from the Old Port of Fira , allowing you to skip the cable car and avoid long queues. However, it is equally convenient for guests already staying in Fira town , just a short walk from the cable car station, who can easily head down to the Old Port and embark on the cruise with ease. With a spacious open-style catamaran and a vibrant yet refined atmosphere, this experience blends comfort, relaxation, and fun, offering the perfect balance of excitement and laid-back island charm.
The cruise operates during the day and departs at 09:15 from the Old Port of Fira, the same port where cruise ships disembark. With a total duration of approximately 5 hours , guests can enjoy a well-paced itinerary filled with swimming stops, scenic sailing, and time to unwind onboard.
During the cruise, you will visit some of Santorini’s most breathtaking highlights . The first stop is at the famous Hot Springs , where you can swim in the volcanic waters while admiring views of the volcano . Sailing continues past Aspronisi, the uninhabited island, and the Akrotiri area , where you will admire the iconic lighthouse and the Indian Rock , a unique rock formation on the caldera resembling a human face. The second stop is at the striking Red Beach for swimming and snorkeling, followed by a final stop at White Beach , where you can swim beneath the dramatic caldera cliffs and enjoy the freshly made meal on board, before returning to the Old Port at 14:15 .
Onboard, guests are served a delicious Greek BBQ lunch , featuring Greek salad, grilled chicken and pork skewers, seasonal grilled vegetables for vegetarians, stuffed vine leaves with rice, tzatziki, potato salad, and warm pita bread. A selection of soft drinks, local white wine , and water is also included. This flavorful meal is the perfect way to relax and savor authentic Greek cuisine while enjoying the stunning Santorini coastline.

Beautiful Catamaran and Friendly Staff. The sailing, the stops, and BBQ all above par. This is a very convenient tour for anyone coming from a cruise ship. They pick you up right at the docks. This is a must do - if you want to experience Santorini from the water. , A great experience!

I was not overly impressed with the service surrounding the tour. The tour itself was fine once we got going, but details leading up to it left me disappointed. Getting on to the boat was a bit disjointed. I was given meeting point as were a couple other families and we are all waiting at the meeting point past the pick up time wondering if we were in the correct place. Eventually a person on the boat phoned me on WhatsApp telling me where the boat was going to dock and asked me if there were other families around. I end up being the person to coral the other folks and lead them to the boat. Once we got on the boat, a crew member came to us with a map and stated that they could not do all the stops and asked which one we wanted to leave out as they needed to get back to the dock 1 hour earlier than what we had paid for. I firmly stated that wasn't acceptable and asked if they would they be issuing refunds as we paid for a 5 hour tour and they were trying to make it a 4 hour tour. After some firm conversations, they decided to do all the stops, but we only received a 4.5 hours tour instead of the 5 hour tour. As I mentioned, once the tour started everything else was fine, but if I was very disappointed that I needed to fight to get what we paid for.
